Click & Collect - during Covid-19

We are no longer offering Home Deliveries, however we are offering Click & Collect during this exceptional time. This involves ordering in your shopping list & then collecting in person at our store (10 South Street, Wareham) during opening hours after phone payment has been made.

Opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 10am until 4pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm. You can collect at any time during these hours if you have paid for your order via phone. If we have not phoned for payment, the order will not be ready to collect.

All orders need to be placed via the form below. Send us in your order, and it will be available to collect from our store either the following day, or the day after. We will call you when the order has been prepared to take payment over the phone, and then you can come to collect anytime after.

HOW IT WILL WORK:

View our full stock list here and prepare your shopping list.
Fill in the form below with your shopping list - this must include the names of the products required, the amount/quantity (in grams, kg, ml or scoops ideally), your name, your address and the phone number to contact you on.
Dry foods will be put into paper bags, and liquids will be in sterilised and sanitised donated containers.
We will then review the order, and then call you to take payment over the phone.
Once paid, you can come to collect from us in store anytime during working hours. (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and Sat 9am-3pm)
If you wish to bring back empty containers for us to reuse, please bring them with you. We cannot guarantee your own containers will be used (it’s impossible to track!) but it will help us to continue this service as we will be using donated (fully sanitised and sterilised) for any liquids.

You can find our full stock list HERE which is as updated as possible. However, we cannot guarantee everything will be available at the time of order. If something is unavailable, we will let you know at the time of payment.
